New outdoor beer garden consisting of 5 structures on slab foundations. Scope includes Demolition, tree clearing, existing parking lot removal, site grading, utility installation, building slab prep, paving, granite curbing, pavement markings and regulatory signage.

46 lot subdivision including roadway and house lot excavation. Scope includes tree clearing, roadway grading, utility installation, paving, granite curbing, landscaping and house lot excavation and utilities.
Hands on Montessori
New private Montessori school in Mansfield Mass. Scope includes tree clearing, site grading, foundation excavation, utility installation, parking lot construction and roadway extension.
Lake Archer Septic
New Presby style septic system on Lake Archer with associated retaining walls. Scope included installation of septic tank and pump chamber, Presby style septic field, 2 tiered gravity block retaining wall, loam and hydroseed. Challenges included a steep grade change of 30+ feet from elevation of state roadway to elevation of septic tank location & limited access through one piece of guard rail per the MassDOT. Project was started by another contractor who failed to return after mobilizing on the site and removing the existing septic tank.
Morins Diner
Renovation of Morins restaurant and diner. Scope included upgrades to water and sewer utilities, installation of new 2500 gallon grease trap, cut and cap of old water utilities, excavation for bar addition, paving of parking lot, pavement markings and regulatory signage. Work challenges included a tight working area with limited space.
Oake Knoll Farm
New cowbarn and store at Oake Knoll Farms. Scope includes the demolition of existing structures, import of 12,000 yards of structural fill, utility installation, foundation excavation & site grading.
Oasis at Plymouth
320 unit apartment complex in Plymouth Mass. Work was done as a partnership with another site contractor to get the job done within schedule. Scope included mass cuts to fills, utility installation, water booster station, site grading, excavation work for 6 apartment buildings, club house, cabana, and multiple garages, paving, curbing, pavement markings and regulatory signage. Work also included the reconstruction of a nearby intersection to allow for the higher traffic impacts.
