Demolitions of 5 commercial buildings including one factory & demolition of 2 homes. Scope included asbestos remediation, soil remediation, Hazardous waste removal, demolition of structures, foundations and slabs.
Broadway
Demolition of abandoned factory for the Town of North Attleboro due to safety concerns. Scope included demolition of factory into an organized pile to be sealed by asbestos abatement crew for future transport and disposal.
Oake Knoll Farm
Demolition of 5 existing farm structures. Scope included asbestos surveys and remediation. Demo and disposal of buildings, removal and crushing of concrete foundations and slabs.
Park Terrace
Demolition of club house after major structure fire. Entire building was bulk loaded into trailers for disposal at a hazardous waste facility due to the presence of asbestos.
YMCA North Attleboro
Demolition of elevated indoor pool deck. Scope included the removal and disposal of the elevated concrete pool deck, importing of stone by use of conveyor, preparation of new pool deck base.
