61 Pine Street Condos - Attleboro, Ma – In Progress - Completion of site work for 11 units for a previously started 14 unit condo site. This projects site work was originally started by us for the previous owner before the project was put on hold in 2010. At that time all the main utilities were installed and most of the foundations were completed. Scope to finish this project includes excavation for remainder of foundations, water and sewer services, trenching for electric, site lighting, precast and granite curbing, sidewalk prep, asphalt paving, striping & signage
Sturdy Memorial Hospital Office Building - Attleboro, Ma – In Progress - Contract consists of the complete site work package for a new 30,000SF medical building. Scope includes the removal of an existing asphalt parking lot, removal of unsuitable material within the building footprint, excavation of foundation, slab prep, in slab trenching, installation of utilities consisting of water, sewer and drainage system with ponds, site lighting, sidewalk prep, granite curbing, hot mix asphalt, striping & signage.
Apotho Therapeutics - Plainville, Ma – In Progress – Contract consists of the renovation of an existing restaurant into a combined building housing both a restaurant and a marijuana dispensary. Scope on this project includes tree clearing, misc concrete demo, excavation of foundations, new water and sewer services, new grease trap, drainage including an underground recharge system, concrete walk prep, site lighting, removal of existing asphalt parking lot, regrading, granite curbing, paving and striping. Also included is the installation of asphalt speed tables on a neighboring street to deter the use as a cut through.
The Woods at Mirimichi – Plainville, Ma – In Progress - Contract consists of the installation of roads for a 65 lot subdivision. Scope includes tree clearing, earthwork, installation of water mains and services, sewer force main and services, drainage including detention ponds and Vortcentury water quality units, paving, curbing, sidewalks, signage, electrical, gas mains, and lighting. The offsite installation of 2 low pressure sewer force mains approx. 2100 feet each was also completed and approximately 1800 feet of offsite sidewalk has been constructed. Vertical boring under Turtle Brook will also take place to loop the water main as well as provide sewer to a remote side of town. Scope also includes the site package for individual lots including excavation for foundations, installation of utilities, grading, and landscape.
An Unlikely Story Parking lot Expansion - Plainville, Ma – Completed 10/2019 – Contract consisted of the expansion to the bookstore parking lot. Scope included demolition of an existing residential structure, installation of drainage, granite curbing, site lighting, concrete sidewalks, grading, paving, line striping, landscape, fence work, & irrigation. Also as part of the contract we had to re-configure the existing parking lots granite and drainage. Challenges on this site consisted of tight site conditions & working on the existing lot while causing only minor disruptions to the use of the existing bookstore parking lot
Tower on Main – Mansfield, Ma – Completed 11/2019 – Contract consisted of the renovation of an existing church into apartments. Scope included various exterior demolition, interior trenching and slab on grade prep, installation of water mains and sewer main, installation of underground drainage system, and parking lot grading. Challenges on this job are extremely tight site conditions, no lay down areas & all work had to be done with small equipment due to space constraints.
Cowesett Hills Expansion - Warwick, Ri – Completed 11/2019 - Contract consisted of the complete site work package for two new 24 unit apartment buildings in an existing complex. Scope included tree clearing, Leveling of site, excavation of foundations, installation of utilities consisting of water, sewer forcemain and drainage system with ponds, electrical and site lighting, sidewalk prep, fine grading & hot mix asphalt. An existing master meter for water for the entire complex also had to be upgraded to an above grade hot box as part of this project.
Eagles Landing – Plainville, Ma – Completed 4/2019 - Contract consisted of site work for 12 multi unit condo buildings. Scope included earthwork, excavation for foundations, installation of foundation drainage systems, water and sewer mains and services, drainage, asphalt paving, grading. Challenges on this project included the high water table encountered on the lots.
Cumberland Farms - North Attleboro, Ma – Completed 10/2018 - Contract consisted of the complete site work package for a new gas station and convenience store. Scope included the demo of existing structures, removal of unsuitable peat material within the building footprint, excavation of foundation, installation of utilities consisting of water, sewer and drainage system with water quality units and Retain-It recharge system, site lighting, sidewalk prep, granite curbing & hot mix asphalt. Also as part of this project, water needed to be brought onto the site and sewer needed to be extended down Route 1. Challenges on this project were high ground water & existing soil conditions consisting of peat and buried stumps / trees

Scope included the demo of an existing medical building, excavation of foundations, in-slab trenching, slab prep, installation of utilities consisting of water, sewer and drainage system with water quality units and Stormtank recharge systems, site lighting, sidewalk prep, granite curbing, hot mix asphalt, landscape & signage. One challenge on this site was the presence of buried asphalt and peat that had to be removed
WFM Chips Transport – Foxborough, Ma – Completed 5/2017 - Contract consisted of the construction of a 2 acre parking lot. Scope included tree clearing, erosion control, export of excess material, installation of drainage including detention pond and water quantity units, site lighting, fencing & electric gates, site grading, paving, landscaping & signage
An Unlikely Story Bookstore – Plainville, Ma- Completed 5/2015 - Contract consisted of the new construction and site work for the Unlikely Story Bookstore in Plainville, Ma. Scope included excavation for new 4,200 square foot building. 24hr dewatering of site for duration of foundation work. Removal of contaminated soil. Installation of utilities consisting of water, sewer and underground recharge drainage system with water quality unit. Supply and install rainwater storage tank unit, supply and install duplex ground water pumping station, site lighting, sidewalk prep, granite curbing, hot mix asphalt, signage. Challenges on this site included tight site conditions, high ground water, and the findings of unknown ground contamination.
Schnitzer Northeast – Attleboro, Ma – Completed 11/2014 - Contracted consisted of an advanced storm water filtration system to clean onsite run off before it was discharged into the Blackstone River. Job duties included the Installation of a water pump chamber and (2) 4″ discharge pumps. Excavation and concrete work for the concrete pad that the filtration units were placed on. All related piping. Hot mix asphalt, bollards and fencing. Re-configuring of existing onsite drainage to utilize the new filtration. Challenges on this project consisted of a high ground water table, and the close proximity to the abutting rail road. A granite box culvert that connected the Blackstone river with Cranberry Pond also ran through the middle of the project.
Residences At Whiting Pond – North Attleboro, Ma – Completed 8/2014 - Contract consisted of site work for a 32 unit multi dwelling condo project – Scope included the construction of 1,000 feet of roadway. Excavation of 6 multi unit buildings with full foundations. Installation of utilities consisting of 8″ water, 8″ sewer, 12″ drain with retention pond and water quality structures, and underground elect/tel/CTV. Hot mix asphalt and approx 600′ of sidewalk.
Campello Keith Oil – Brockton, Ma – Completed 8/2011 - Contract consisted of upgrading an existing oil containment dike. Scope included demoing the floor and existing pier footings. The floor was then excavated to a lower elevation. Contaminated soils were removed and hauled off site. Structural material was brought on site and graded. A rebar mat was placed and the floor was re-poured in 3 separate pours.
Santoro Oil / Attleboro & Plainville Coal – Plainville, Ma – Completed 11/2010 -Contract consisted of the removal of existing clay containment area and the construction of a new concrete containment and truck fueling pad and sidewalk. Duties included excavating for new containment area, Managing the excavated soils, providing and installing sub base for concrete work, installation of double mat layer of rebar, installation of a 16″ – 24″ thick new containment dike floor and 10″ walls. Installation of a new water quality swale and drywell. Hot mix asphalt.
